frequently asked questions
Can you provide a keyboard if the venue doesn't have a piano?
Absolutely!
I have premium audio equipment (keyboard, speaker, & microphones) that I can provide, if your venue doesn’t have a piano. Just let me know when completing an inquiry so I can work with you to determine the best musical setup for your event space and needs.
Can you coordinate directly with my event planner or venue?
Yes! I understand that coordinating an event involves many moving parts, and my goal is to make the musical portion as seamless as possible.
I’m happy to communicate directly with your event planner, wedding coordinator, venue representative, or other designated contact to discuss scheduling, performance logistics, equipment requirements, and other important details.
This collaborative approach allows you to focus on enjoying your event while knowing the music is thoughtfully planned.
Can I request specific songs for my event?
Of course! I welcome song requests and enjoy incorporating music that holds special meaning for my clients.
Whether it’s a favorite jazz standard, a romantic selection for your wedding, a recognizable contemporary song, or a special holiday favorite, I’ll be happy to discuss your preferences during the planning process.
Specific requests are subject to availability and preparation requirements, and some selections may require additional arrangements or rehearsal time.
How long do you typically perform?
Performance duration is flexible and can be customized to fit your event’s schedule and musical needs.
Whether you need live piano music for one or several hours of background entertainment, I can help develop a performance schedule that complements your event.
For longer engagements, brief performance breaks may be incorporated to ensure a consistently high-quality musical experience.
Do you perform outside of Atlanta?
Yes! While I’m based in Atlanta, Georgia, I provide live piano music for events throughout the Greater Metro Atlanta area, including Buckhead, Midtown, Downtown Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Decatur, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, and surrounding communities.
I’m also available to travel for select events outside the Metro Atlanta area. Additional travel expenses may apply depending on the event location.
How far in advance should I book a pianist for a holiday party?
I recommend reaching out as early as possible, particularly for events scheduled during November and December. Holiday weekends and popular corporate party dates can fill quickly, and booking in advance allows more time to coordinate the musical details of your event.
However, last-minute inquiries are always welcome! If your event is approaching, please don’t hesitate to contact me to check availability.
Are you available for corporate events?
Absolutely! I provide professional live piano music for corporate events throughout Atlanta and the surrounding Metro area. Whether you’re hosting a company holiday party, networking reception, awards ceremony, executive dinner, client appreciation event, or corporate gala, live piano music adds an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
I work with event organizers to ensure the music complements the event’s tone, schedule, and overall experience without distracting from conversations or planned activities. Learn more here.
